I was released from the hospital last night

It’s only today that I’m able to actually get to the computer.  For the past 20 days, I’ve had a terrible headache, bone pain, and a high fever.  My wife took me to the hospital on 8th July, as my pain was still relatively high.  That night, I was given a blood transfusion with 350ml of blood and 4 pts of saline liquid, I had no oxygen in my blood, my hemoglobin was down to 8 (normal 12-14) and my platelets was down to 0.26 (normal 1.5-4.0).

I'm back. I was released from the hospital last night. As far as activities are concerned, I'm trying to get back to my normal day as soon as possible.

  1. Mannan,

I hope too that you can return to your normal day too. Best of wishes!I found your blog searching for CML resources and would like to add it to our blog directory (link below) so that others dealing with CML can learn from your experiences. However, I wanted to get your permission first. Please contact me at nickv@navigatingcancer.com if you’d like me to add it to our directory.

    Take Care,
    Nick
